    Unfortunately, no. Dogs must be dropped off and picked up for their appointment.

  • How long will the grooming service take?

    The duration of service depends on the breed, coat, size, temperament, and type of service. Please refer to our Booking Page for more information.

  • Will there be other dogs present while my dog is being groomed?

    No. We are appointment based and offer one-on-one grooming. This is to provide each dog with a calm and pleasurable environment while being serviced.

  • Can I drop off more than one of my dogs at a time?

    Yes! However please know, one of your dogs will be placed in a crate until ready to be groomed.

  • Will I be notified when my dog is ready to be picked up?

    Yes! We will message you when your dog is finishing up.
